    Through mindful breath work and movement, explore whatever sensations that arise for you with curiosity, compassion, and non-attachment.

    We show up differently day to day, and with that in mind, you are encouraged to meet yourself exactly where you are in the present moment without judgment.

    As your guide, I will create sequences that incorporate vinyasa krama (intelligent sequencing), modifications and assists, as well as the support of props where appropriate. It’s okay to adapt a posture to suit your body’s needs: you are your own best teacher.

  • CONSISTENCY

    Taking care of yourself isn’t always doing more things, often it’s doing less to better cultivate a routine that best suits your lifestyle and needs. The most effective practice is the one that honors all of your boundaries, including your time, and enables you to remain consistent with it.

    Private and group classes are available at different times and locations to suit a range of schedules and interests.

  • Grade School Enrichment

    The theme of this hour long enrichment program is to help your chid understand and practice mindfulness through yoga, journaling, story-time, simple crafts, and creative play. Please send children with a mat or towel and a small pencil box of coloring supplies.

  • Girl Scout Troop Sessions

    Is your girl scout troop working towards a health or wellness badge? I will design an hour-long class that incorporates a combination of mindfulness, basic breathing techniques, movement, journaling, games,
    and body positivity.

    Learning objectives and class plans are based on the age group (ages 5-16)

    Ritual Disconnection + Mindful Rest

    The perfect opportunity to slow down and reconnect through breath awareness and long-held supported resting poses (think savasana in different shapes!), aimed at creating the conditions for us to cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation and to release habitual tension in the mind anad boy.

    Find your inner strength in this vinyasa flow class, built for students who have been practicing on the mat for a least a year. Flow with focus as you move through fundamental postures at a gradually increased pace.

    You can expect a fun and creative flow, designed to get you out of your head and into your body. This is a beginner friendly class with options for practitioners who may be looking for an additional challenge. Everyone is welcome!

  • Aerial Yoga

    Saturday 1:00-2:00PM

    With the support of your hammock, discover new ways to explore and deepen familiar postures.Inversions become weightless; savasana, a floating cocoon; and perhaps you notice more space in the spine with a hammock-assisted downward facing dog. Completely beginner friendly with progressions to build/strengthen skills for more experienced practitioners.
